Don’t worry — it’s OK to say it. You may call it SEO, or a better website, or “getting found on Google.” Those are just pathways to the actual goal: more calls, more booked jobs, more money.
Here’s where most agencies get it wrong: they sell rankings reports and blog posts, because those are easy to produce and hard to check. Calls are what pay you — and almost nobody measures them. If your phone is the way customers reach you, every marketing dollar should answer one question: how many calls did it bring in?
Ask yourself: what would you do with ten more booked jobs every month? (Take a few seconds to daydream.)
